…Or, as portrayed in G-senjou no Maou and Persona 2, is recomposed to suit a scene better. Either way this music always brings with it a beautifully calming atmosphere to a story.

Classical music in an anime or game is always a thing of beauty in my eyes… or ears. Additionally, there are also other classical songs which I hear very commonly in anime or games too, ranging From the New World – 4th movement (Noucome, Asura’s Wrath), Toccata and Fugue (Noucome) and Air on a G-string (Fairy Tail, End of Evangelion, Hyouka). And indeed, for the latter, the name of the visual novel G-senjou no Maou (loosely translated to Devil on a G-string) is based on the name of this very classical piece. Talk about unique naming sense.
I was actually going to do a spotlight on each of those for later posts.
Strangely enough, this reminds me of some of Minecraft’s music 0_o Man, it’s been a while since I played that.
It’s probably a good thing, you can spend a lot of time on there. I’m guessing you wouldn’t mind for either anime reviewed considering you haven’t seen either of them. I guess it really comes down to lighthearted paranormal slice of life or dark atmospheres alternative adaptation to a classic story.
